The full-game unlock is tied to your Apple ID, not your device. On the new device, open Beetry, go to Settings → Restore Purchases, and sign in with the same Apple ID you used originally. Apple handles the verification — nothing to type in, no order number needed.

First try Settings → Restore Purchases. If that doesn't clear it, check Settings app → your name → Subscriptions/Purchases on your device to confirm the App Store actually completed the charge. If it did and Beetry still shows locked, email us (below) with your Apple ID's purchase date — we'll sort it out.

Every stage scores three medals independently: reaching the distance threshold, finishing with crashes at or under the stage's limit, and simply completing the stage. You don't need a perfect run to earn all three at once — they're tracked separately and the best result is kept.

Coins buy mid-level checkpoints, so a crash doesn't send you back to the very start of a long stage. Bolts upgrade the three power-ups (coin magnet, bouncy shell, slow-motion save) — collect them mid-flight, spend them from the power-ups screen.

Crash reports are collected automatically (see our privacy policy) and usually reach us without you doing anything. If a stage freezes without an actual crash, email us with the world/stage name and roughly what you were doing (holding, releasing, near a checkpoint, etc.) — that's the detail that actually helps us reproduce it.

Only anonymous, aggregate usage data — screens viewed, session length, and crash reports — via Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics. There's no account, no advertising identifier, and installing Beetry does not trigger an App Tracking Transparency prompt. Full details are in our privacy policy.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled entirely by Apple, not us — we don't have the ability to issue one directly. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com using the same Apple ID you purchased with.

Yes — gameplay itself doesn't need a connection. A network is only used briefly to process a purchase or restore one through Apple's StoreKit.
